A Traditional Taiwanese Breakfast, well one of many types.

Good Morning!

After two consecutive posts about fine dining, I decided its time to go local on this blog.

So for a quick a short post, I shall post about my breakfast this morning.

I had one of my favorite traditional Taiwanese Breakfasts.

I had rice ball with egg, radish, yu tiao, and minced pork. Dan bing (what I like to call Chinese pancakes with egg and scallion). Radish cake, and soy bean milk and a thicker rice or wheat milk (Do jiang and mi jiang). There was also sao bing jia dan, or Chinese biscuit with scallion egg.

It was so good, and a great way to start off the weekend.

I hope you breakfast was as hearty and tasty as mine!

Have a great weekend!
